Welcome to Term 3

At St Martin’s School, our motto is Above all, the child. This means that every pupil is listened to and valued, with their well being and education at the forefront of our minds.

At the heart of St Martin’s School is the care we have for each other and the safe climate for learning we offer. We aim to encourage children to relish a challenge with a Growth Mindset approach that enables them to find success through valuing each step of their progress.

Over time, they learn to take on challenges, learn from setbacks and keep trying, knowing that they are “growing their brains”. We use a variety of strategies that enable children to work independently, with partners and in groups, building essential team-skills that prepare them for their lives ahead.
