This term, we are finding out about why giraffes have spots and how different animals are adapted to their environments! We have enjoyed reading Giraffes Can’t Dance and had a visit from Gerald in our classroom! He left us a letter and we spent the day trying to spot him! Have you seen him anywhere in Dover? Please let us know!
Today we had some special visitors in Dover Class! Mrs Ash brought in some animals for us to meet! We loved observing the animals and seeing how their bodies were adapted to their environments. We were super impressed how camouflaged the stick insects and lizards were and we loved holding and stroking the animals. We were respectful rhinos to the animals making sure that we were quiet and gentle.
