Class Chocolate Weight Challenge
Dymchurch class contributed the most chocolate for the tombola. We enjoyed a chocolate dipping session as our prize! Yum!
Doubling and Halving
We have been looking at what happens when we double and halve different numbers. We used peg boards and counters to build arrays to show the patterns that we had spotted.
In Maths we have been investigating whether all triangles have to have equal sides. We used straws to test this idea. We found that not all triangles have sides that are the same length. We also learnt that these triangles all have different names.
